摘要
目的建立薏苡仁中13种有机磷类的固相萃取-气相色谱(SPE—GC)的分析方法。方法样品以石丙酮为提取剂,采用冰浴超声提取薏苡仁样品,然后用活性炭固相萃取小柱净化提取物。采用DB-17弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品,火焰光度检测器检测。结果样品加标回收率为73.98—119.84%,相对标准偏差为1.63—12.22%。最低检测限范围为0.03—0.53μg/g。结论该方法快速简便、简单准确,适用于薏苡仁中有机磷农药残留的日常检测与监控。
Objective The solid-phase extraction and gas chromatograplay were introduced for determining 13 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in Semen Coicis. Method Organophosphorus pesticides were extracted from Semen Coicis samples with acetone by ice sonication method and cleaned up by activated carbon solid- phase extraction column. Then,the extract was separated by capillary column (DB- 17) and detected by FPD (flame photometric detector). Results The average recovery for spiked standards was 73.98-119.84% with relative standard deviation 1.63-12.22% and the lowest limit was 0.03-0.53 μg/g. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It's suitable for the monitoring of organophosphorus pesticides in Semen Coicis.
