摘要
对比研究了D201、D301、T315、T313四种离子交换树脂对精己二酸结晶滤液中的硝酸根的去除。动态交换曲线表明,T313树脂对硝酸根离子的交换能力最好,处理液的pH值和电导率相对稳定,适用于饱和己二酸水溶液中硝酸根离子的去除。使用树脂体积10倍的1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,可以洗脱T313树脂上的硝酸根离子,恢复树脂的交换能力。
The performance of ion exchange resins D201, D301,1315 and I313 in removing NO3 - in filtrate of crystallization of fine adipic acid was studied. Dynamic exchange curve showed that T313 resin performed best in exchanging NO3 -. The pH value and electricalconductivity of the treatment solution were also stable. Consequently, it can be used to remove NO3 - from saturated aqueous solution of adipic acid. To elute NO3 - on 1313 resin and recover the exchange capacity of it, lmol/L sodium hydroxide solution in 10 times volume of the resin can be used.
