结直肠癌根治术患者预后影响因素

Prognostic Determinants of Patients with Colorectal Cancer Resection

为了探讨分析结直肠癌根治术患者预后影响因素,对丹东地区行根治切除术的结直肠癌患者186例生存率以及影响生存率的相关因素进行统计学分析。结果显示,肿块大小、组织分化程度和血清CEA水平对结直肠癌的生存率影响显著;而浆膜侵犯、淋巴结检出率和临床分期是影响结直肠癌预后的独立风险因素。因此,提高术前上述因素的临床病理学判断能力、尽早进行有效治疗是提高结直肠癌患者生存率的关键。

To investigate the factors influencing the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer, the survival rates and related factors of 186 patients undergoing resection of the colorectum in Dangdong area were analysed by statistics. The results showed that tumor size, differentiation and serum CEA level significantly effect on the survival rates of the patients. Otherwise, the lymph node rate, serosal invasion, and clinical stage were the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Accordingly, diagnosis of the preoperative clinical pathology factors above and early effective treatment are very important to improve survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer,
