摘要
用红外热成像技术可以表征高聚物材料拉伸形变过程的热效应特征.本文主要从测试装置的建立、红外热成像仪的镜头选择、材料发射率的确定及温度的采集方法等几个角度,介绍如何通过红外热成像仪提高测试高聚物材料形变热效应特征准确性的方法.
Thermal effects of polymeric materials upon drawing can be determined by infrared thermography. In this paper, main objective will be improving the accuracy of the technology from several aspects, including device set-up, choice of lens, ascertaining the emissivity of materials and method for collecting temperature.
