住宅工程外墙渗漏防治研究

Research on exterior wall leakage prevention of residential engineering

针对住宅工程的外墙渗漏问题,就其产生的原因进行了分析,从设计、施工及选材等方面,提出了相应的住宅外墙渗漏防治措施,指出应从细节入手加强住宅外墙的防渗能力,全面提高住宅工程的功能性和整体质量。

According to the exterior wall leakage problems of residential engineering, this paper analyzed the causes from design, construction and material selection and other aspects, put forward corresponding prevention measures of residential exterior wall leakage, pointed out that we should strengthen the self-defense ability of residential exterior wall from details, comprehensively improved the function and overall quality of res- idential engineering.
