根据某大桥主横桁架的结构特点,为控制变形、保证制造精度,对其主横桁架的零件加工、组装、制孔等工艺流程进行全面的研究,确定了合理的制作方案,从而保证主横桁架质量满足该大桥专项施工技术规范的要求。

According to the structural characteristics of a bridge main cross truss, in order to control deformation, guarantee manufacturing preci- sion, this paper made comprehensive research on parts processing, assembly, hole making and other process of a main cross truss, determined reasonable production program, so as to guarantee the quality of main cross truss meet the requirements of special construction technical specifica- tion of Aizhai bridge.
