随着我国社会的发展,高等教育进入"大众化"教育阶段,大学生的就业问题越来越成为社会的焦点,这对高校的就业指导工作提出了严峻挑。为了应对新的就业形势,搞好大学生就业指导工作,结合南京理工大学就业指导工作的实际情况,提出了关于加强和改进大学生就业指导工作的几点思考。

With our society developing and higher education becoming increasingly popular, college students＇employment problem has become the focus of social issues, which also presents a challenge to the university careers guidance. In order to cope with new employment situation and improve the quality of university occupational guidance, this paper advanced a few reflections on strengthening and enhancing college Students＇employment guidance, combining with the actual situation of the careers guidance of Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
