摘要
工业化过程中,由于大量使用化石能源和排放到空气中的细颗粒物导致有毒雾霾。分析了2012年冬中国北京和中东部雾霾产生的原因和机理,阐述了治理雾霾必须从治理能源入手的观点,并提出了中国中东部地区雾霾治理的应对策略和北京地区雾霾的治理措施。
Toxic haze is resulted from the extensive use of fossil energy ＆ fine particle matter emitted into the air in the process of industrialization. The frog haze production reason ＆ mechanism are analyzed in view of frog haze in winter of Beijing ＆ Middle East of China in 2012. It is proposed to treat the frog haze by starting from energy treatment. The treatment strategies for above-mentioned area are proposed.
