摘要
研究了配电网的动态重构方法。把动态重构问题分解为重构次数和时间间隔的确定,使动态重构算法更具有实用性。提出了时间间隔确定的启发式规则,并建立相应的指标来指导时间间隔的合并。采用启发式算法对各时段进行静态重构,不需计算网络潮流,大大缩短了重构的时间。实际算例表明该算法运算速度快,能够有效降低网损,可以用于开关操作表的制定和配电自动化的日运行调度分析。
The dynamic reconfiguration method is studied in this paper. The dynamic reconfiguration problem is solved from two respects: one is to determine the optimal time interval of every reconfiguration when the reconfiguration times of a day are given; another is to determine the optimal reconfiguration times of a day. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to divide time also. The heuristic algorithm is used for the reconfiguration of each time period, and the solution procedures become very simple and fast,because the conventional procedures of load flow calculation are reduced. The typical distribution system test demonstrate that the network loss can be reduced effectively,and it also can be used for establishing switch handle table and scheduling analysis.
