Buffer Circuit Design of Uninterruptible Power Supply System Based on Composite Energy Storage

摘要 针对超级电容与蓄电池组合储能技术中串联电阻及LDO存在的功耗大、系统配置不灵活及端电压不可调等问题,提出了一种基于Buck开关变换器的缓冲电路,采用电压控制型脉宽调制芯片TL494作为其核心控制器,可方便地实现限流恒压功能。根据复合储能电源系统的电气性能指标要求,提出了关键电路元件参数的设计方法,实例及实验结果验证了所提电路及设计方法的可行性。 To solve the problems of series resistors, power consumption of LDO, inflexibility in system configuration and uncontrol lability in terminal voltage in the combination energy storage system of super capacitor and battery, a buffer circuit based on Buck switching converter is proposed. Through using the voltage-controlled PWM chip TL494 as its core controller, the current limiting and constant-voltage function can be easily achieved. According to the electrical performance requirements of the combination energy storage system, the design method of key element parameters is obtained. Examples and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed circuit and design method.
