摘要
在确定配电网混合线路结构及行波在架空线路和电缆线路中传播速度的前提下,提出一种基于行波法的配电网混合线路故障定位方案。该方案分3步进行:第一步在线路始端的正常相和故障相分别注入高幅值窄脉冲信号,并比较返回波形,根据波形突变点找出故障点对应时刻;第二步根据混合线路中每段线路的长度及行波在该段线路上的波速计算出行波在每段线路上的传播时间;第三步通过比较故障点对应时刻和行波在各区段上的传播时间来确定故障区段及故障点。最后通过理论分析及ATP仿真证明了所提方案的正确性。
Under the premise of determining the structure of the hybrid lines in distribution network and the wave velocity in corresponding line, a hybrid line fault location scheme is proposed. The scheme is performed in three steps. Firstly, injecting signal with high voltage and narrow pulse into normal phase and fault phase respectively at the beginning of the line. Compare the return waveform and find fault time through waveform mutation time. Secondly, according to the length of each line and the wave velocity on the line calculate the propagation time on each line. Thirdly, comparing the fault time and the propagation time then determine the fault section and the fault point. At last the effectiveness of the method is proved by ATP simulation.
