摘要
针对火电厂中机炉协调控制方式系统(CCS)和数字电液控制系统(DEH)的特点及基本控制方式,分析在运行中一次机组出现降负荷的原因,并提出相应的解决方案。通过对CFB锅炉CCS控制系统的分析和改进,机组的热工控制系统将会更加完善,并将对以后同类型机组的负荷控制设计提供参考。
The characteristics and basic control mode of boiler-turbine coordinated control system (CCS) and digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) in thermal power plants are studied. The reason of load down in primary unit is analyzed, and the corresponding solution is proposed. Through the research and improvement of CFB boiler coordinated control system, the unit thermal control system is more complete, and can supply references for load control of same kind of unit.
