初中生自杀意念与个性特征的关系

The relationship between suicide ideation and personality traits in junior high students

目的探讨初中生自杀意念与个性特征的关系。方法采取整群方便抽样方法抽取山东省某地区1815名全体在校学生作为研究对象,使用Beck自杀意念量表中文版和艾森克个性问卷儿童少年版对研究对象进行了调查。结果初中生自杀意念检出率18.18%。有自杀意念者在神经质、精神质、掩饰性三个人格维度上的得分较无自杀意念者高(P<0.01),而内外向维度得分则低于无自杀意念者(P<0.05)。自杀意念强度得分与精神质、神经质及掩饰性呈正相关,与内外向得分呈负相关。结论初中生的自杀意念与个性特征具有密切关系。不健康的个性特征可能是自杀意念产生的重要因素之一。

Objective To explore the relationship between suicide ideation and personality traits in Junior high students. Methods A total of 1815 junior high students were selected by convenience group sampling and investigated by Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version and Eysenckg Personality Questionnaire-Child/Adolescent Version. Results The prevalence of suicidal ideation was 18.18% in the subjects. The score of neuroticism, psychoticism or lie was significantly higher in students with suicidal ideation than that in students without suicidal ideation（P 〈 0.01 ）, and the score of extraversion was significantly lower in students with suicidal ideation than that in students without suicidal ideation. The score of suicidal ideation was positively correlated with the score of neuroticism, psychoticism and lie, and negatively correlated with the score of extraversion. Conclusion The suicidal ideation in junior high students is related with the traits of their personality. Unhealthy personality traits may play an important role in the emerging of suicidal ideation.
