护理本科生第二课堂项目需求状况分析

摘要 目的:了解和分析护生对第二课堂项目的需求。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对412名护生进行调查。结果:50.49%护生认为所有项目是需要的,居前5位的需求项目是岗前实习培训、课后技能训练、护理技能竞赛、课间见习、专业知识讲座;性别、家庭经济水平对第二课堂项目需求的影响具有显著性意义(P<0.05);不同性别、家庭经济水平、专业方向、参与经历的护生对第二课堂项目的需求得分存在差异。结论:护生参与第二课堂的意愿较明显。这是多方面因素共同作用的结果,应开展有针对性的第二课堂活动。 Objective: To learn about and analyze undergraduate nursing students' needs for the second classroom. Methods: Totally 412 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by filling out self-designed questionnaire about the needs for the second classroom. Results: 50.49% nursing students thought all items were needed. The first 5 items of needed were post practice training (3.49 ±0. 81 ), after-school skill training (3.33 ± 0. 92), nursing skills competition ( 3.22 ± 0. 91 ), break apprentice ( 3.21 ± 0. 99 ), professional knowledge lecture ( 3.04 ± 0. 89) ; Gender and family economic level influenced the needs significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; There were significant differences in scores of the second classroom items according to sex, different family economic level, professional direction and participation experience. Conclusion: It is obvious that nursing students have high degree of needs for the second classroom items. The needs for different nursing students result in joint action factors. So it is necessary to provide them appropriate activities.
