摘要
大学生的管理方式随着新时期学生的特点和社会对人才的要求也发生着变化。过去,我们强调让学生接受他律的管理方式,很多学生过于依赖学校管理,自我管理意识和能力极差。随着高校人才培养模式的改革,应该让学生转变观念,由他律到自律,通过一系列切实有效的实践活动提升学生自我管理的能力。
With the characteristics of the students in the new period and the requirements of the society for talents, the management mode of undergraduates is also undergoing changes. In the past, the emphasis is to let the students accept heteronomy management mode, thus, many students are too dependent on school management and lack of self-management consciousness and ability. With the talent training mode reform, the students should change by heteronomy to sense of self-discipline, and improve their self-management ability through a series of practical and effective practice.
