摘要
目前,高校辅导员缺乏系统的培训,考核机制不够完善是造成其队伍不稳、人员素质不高的重要原因。因此,构建和不断完善分层次、多形式的高校辅导员培训体系和探究合理的考评机制,是提高高校辅导员的思想政治素质和业务素质,使之向专业化、职业化发展的必由之路。
At present, the lack of systematic training and the imperfection of evaluation mechanism of college counselors are the main reasons for the team instability and low personal quality. Therefore, building and improving the college counselor's training system and exploring reasonable evaluation mechanism by different levels and multiform is the only road to enhance the quality of college counselor's thought politics and profession quality, and to make them more specialized and professional in their work development.
