摘要
利用UG软件建立差速搅拌捏合机的流场仿真模型,用Fluent软件对其进行数值模拟分析,得到物料在差速搅拌捏合机流场内压力值、流动速率、最大剪切应力的分布以及物料形态的变化规律。结果表明,在两搅拌轴捏合区域处流体压力值最大,剪切应力值最大,且清洁轴表面的流体速度要高于主搅拌轴上的流体速度,中心距对搅拌机的性能有重要影响。
A flow field simulation model in the different velocity stirring kneader was built by the UG software. It was analyzed by the FLUENT software and got the distri- bution of the pressure value, the flow rate, the maximum shear stress and the variation of the material form in the flow field. The results show that the pressure value, the flow rate and the shear stress all reach the highest level. The fluid velocity on the sur- face of the cleaning shaft is higher than that of the stirring shaft. The property of the stirring kneader is affected by the center distance.
