摘要
卫生产业能拉动内需 ,推动经济增长已成为大家的共识 ,在卫生产业开发过程中 ,除了政府政策支持以外 ,发挥资本市场作用 ,创造新的融资工具 ,聚集有效资源以支持卫生产业发展非常重要。根据我国国情 ,结合卫生产业和资本市场特点 ,卫生产业可以通过发展卫生产业投资基金、股票融资、建立医疗机构产权交易市场与项目融资或项目贷款等方式和资本市场有机融合起来。
It was well known that health industry could drive internal demand and promote economic increase.Besides of governmental policies, it was important to create new financing instruments and gather efficient resources by capital market to support development of health industry. According to our national conditions and characteristic of health industry and capital market, health industry could be combined with capital market by developing investment fund, stock financing, establishing property right transaction market for hospital organizations, project financing and project loan.
