丹红注射液对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮细胞保护作用及其可能机制的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究丹红注射液对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者内皮细胞的保护作用和可能机制。方法 150例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为试验组(88例)和对照组(62例),两组患者均在常规内科治疗基础上加用丹红注射液或前列地尔治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血循环内皮细胞计数(CEC)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的含量。结果与对照组比较,试验组血循环内皮细胞计数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组治疗后血同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的内皮细胞有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抑制机体炎症反应、降低血同型半胱氨酸有关。 Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong Injection(DHI)on endothelial cells protection in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris, also detect the possible mechanisms. Methods 150 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomized to trial group and control group. Besides routine therapy,DHI was applied to the patients in the trial group, Prostaglandin El was given intravenously to patients in the control group. Results The plasma levels of CEC, hs-CRP and Hcy in the treatment group were significantly decreased after therapy(P〈0. 01)compared with the control group. Conclusion Danhong injection could protect the endothelial cells from injury, decrease artery inflammation and reduce the risk of artery thrombosis.
