特殊情况ERCP的诊治经验与技巧
摘要
近年来，随着操作技术的不断发展、相关附件的不断完善，内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）已成为成熟的微创介入技术，是临床处理胆胰疾病的重要手段。然而，在所有内镜治疗技术中，ERCP又是在实施过程中最具不可预知性的技术之一，即便是最有经验的内镜专家仍不能保证100％成功率。作者结合多年临床工作体会，就所遇各种困难、特殊情况下ERCP的诊治经验与技巧，作一初步论述。
