摘要
综放工作面撤除工程量大,环节多,程序复杂,是制约煤矿高产高效建设的突出问题。山东新汶矿业集团翟镇煤矿在山西吕梁东江煤业大沟煤矿根据工作面矿压规律合理确定停采线位置,改进支护撤除工艺,在保证安全的前提下提高平行作业的施工比例,在减少撤除和运输环节上做文章,通过对6个方面进行系统优化和科学施工,实现了安全、快速、高效撤除。该技术对类似工程具有一定的借鉴和推广作用。
With large removal engineering quantity, many links and comprehensive processing, fully mechanized caving face is an outstanding problem to restrict high yield and high construction of collieries. Reasonable stop mining position was determined and support removal technology was improved according to the strata behavior regularity of working face in Dagou Colliery, Shanxi Lvliang Dongjiang Mining Industry Group, Co. by Zhaizhen Colliery, Shandong Xinwen Mining Industry Group Co. , construction proportion of parallel operation was improved under the premise of ensuring safety, reducing of remove and transport links was considered, safe, fast and efficient remove was realized by system optimization and scientific construction from 6 aspects, which had certain reference and promotion role for similar engineering.
