摘要
近年来,为提升煤矿运输安全,消除运输隐患,煤矿行业广泛开展推行封闭式管理,不仅井下大巷、斜巷实行封闭式管理,地面材料、排矸系统也积极探索、实行全封闭管理。但由于矿井主干道往往与排矸轨道交叉,特别是老矿井该现象尤为严重。鉴于此,对矿井地面道口智能化进行了研究与探索,通过采用先进的PLC控制技术设计制作了一套道口智能自动闭合装置,实现了矿井地面道口的封闭式管理。
To improve transportation safety and eliminate hidden danger in coal industry, closed management has been introduced not only in underground roadway and inclined shaft, but also in material transportation and waste stone exhaust system. The author probes into the intellectualization of level crossing and designs a set of crossing automatic closing device to solve the problem of intersection of roadway and waste stone exhaust rail way, which realizes the closed management of level crossing.
