摘要
受滑动地质构造影响,长期以来告成煤矿巷道压力显现强烈,尤其在回采巷道中无论是沿空巷道还是实体煤巷道,巷道变形均较为强烈,36U型钢支架损毁严重,巷道综合维护成本逐年攀升。结合现场实际支护状况,提出高强稳定型棚索耦合支护技术方案,于2012年4月起在21051下副巷开展工业性试验,截至目前为止21051下副巷已正常掘进400多米,相关监测结果表明高强稳定性棚索耦合支护技术在告成矿21051下副巷取得成功应用。
Influenced by sliding geological structure, the strata behavior and roadway deformation in Gaocheng Colliery appears intensive especially in gob--side entry and seam roadway with seriously injured 36 U--shape steel support and increasing maintenance cost. According to the actual support in working face, the author presents the high-- strength-- and-- stability shed--cable coupling support scheme, which has been proved successful since the industrial experiment in lane under 21051 inApril of 2012 with 400--meter normal driving.
