摘要
通过设计四因素、三水平的正交实验,以烧结矿转股指数和-10 mm含量作为考察指标,采用烧结杯作为实验手段,研究各因素在不同水平下的烧结技术质量指标状况,得出适合烧结生产的印度GOA矿配比、工艺参数和操作参数。试验结果表明,在文中的烧结矿结构下,烧结配加印粉对烧结矿转鼓指数和粒度组成皆有负面影响。
The orthogonal experiment design of four factors, three levels, in order to sinter the stock index and - 10 mm in size as the indexes, by means of sintering cup, sintering technology of quality index in different levels of each factor, obtained for sintering production in India GOA iron ore ratio, process parameters and operation parameters. The test results show that, the sinter structure in the text, all have a negative effect on sintering primed powder composition of sinter tumbler index and particle size.
