摘要 针对Q195钢转炉→吹氩→连铸工艺的生产流程,系统分析生产过程中氧、氮和显微夹杂物的变化。结果表明:Q195钢中间包非稳态钢液平均氧含量为223.8×10-6,是稳态浇铸时的1.1倍,显微夹杂平均含量为37.19个/mm2,是非稳态浇铸时的1.4倍;非稳态比稳态浇铸过程中间包和铸坯中氧氮含量均有提高。显微夹杂粒径均以0~5μm为主,形貌随工艺流程沿"不规则形→椭圆形→近球形→球形"转变,最终铸坯中显微夹杂物以球形硅锰铝酸盐复合夹杂为主。 According to LD - argon blowing - CC process of Q195 steel, systemly analysis the changes of Oxygen content, Nitrogen content and microscopic inclusions number of Q195 steel in the process. The results showed that average oxygen content of Q195 steel is 223.8 × 10 -6in unsteady tundish period, which is 1.1 times of that in steady state casting; average micro inclusion number is 37.19/ram2, which is 1.4 times of that in unsteady casting. Compared to steady process, Oxygen and nitrogen content were increased in tundish molten steel and billet in unsteady process. Microscopic inclusions size are mainly composed of 0 - 5 μm. Morphology changed over process flow along" irregular shape→elliptic→subsphaeroidal→pheri- cal" ,eventually, inclusions in the slab is given priority to spherical silicon aluminate compound inclusions.
