摘要 利用100 t顶底复吹转炉进行水力学模型实验,研究纯底吹条件下不同底吹供气元件布置方案对熔池搅拌效果的影响,在此基础上,设计正交试验,分别研究复吹条件下底吹流量、顶吹流量和枪位对熔池混匀时间、冲击直径及冲击深度的影响。研究结果表明:底吹供气元件布置方案对熔池混匀效果影响很大;在顶底复吹条件下,顶吹流量对熔池混匀效果影响最大,且对于熔池冲击直径和冲击深度,顶吹流量和枪位起主要作用,底吹流量对其影响不大。 Based on 100 t top- bottom combined blowing converter, we conduct a hydraulic model cold experiment, the mix effect of molten pool on different bottom gas supply component arranged scheme under the pure bottom blowing con- ditions was investigated. On this basis, we study the effect of bottom blowing flow, top blowing flow and top lance lever on the molten pool mixing time, impact diameter and impact depth by orthogonal design experiment under top - bottom combined blowing conditions. The results show that: the bottom gas supply component arranged scheme has a great influence on the mixing effect of the molten pool; under top - bottom combined blowing conditions, the top blowing flow has the greatest impact on the mixing effect of the molten pool, and with regard to the impact diameter and impact depth of molten pool, the top blowing flow and top lance lever play a major role, bottom blowing flow has little influence on them.
