摘要
通过对不同轧制工艺与冷却工艺的分析,研究了精轧温度、终轧温度及终冷温度对21 mm X70管线钢显微组织和落锤断口的影响,并分析了针状铁素体组织阻止裂纹扩展的原理。试验结果表明,降低终冷温度和提高冷却速率可以得到更均匀更细化的针状铁素体组织,改善落锤撕裂韧性。
The article analyzed the rolling process and cooling process and studied the effect that finishing temperature, finish roiling temperature and final cooling temperature to the microstructure of 21mmXT0 and drop- weight tear tests. The paper also analyzed the theory of acicular ferrite stopping crack propagation. The results show that reducing the final cooling temperature and increasing cooling rate can obtain more uniformly and more refined acicular ferrite and can improve drop - weight tear tests.
