摘要
钢中的铝不仅可以有效降低钢中的氧还能细化晶粒,改善钢的韧性,使钢具有较好的延展性能,同时还有防止时效性的作用,有相关资料指出,钢中氮化铝含量增加,钢的晶粒度变细,当钢中酸溶铝含量超过0.065%时,晶粒度反而重新粗大化,因此,准确控制钢中的酸溶铝含量在合适的范围内,才能保证钢材的性能。本文主要对钢中酸溶铝烧损的原因进行了分析,并提出了解决的具体措施。
The aluminum in steel can not only effectively reduce the oxygen in the steel, but fine gains, improve steel toughness, and make steel has good ductility, meanwhile prevent the timeliness effect, the relative material points out that the aluminum nitride content in steel increased, the grain degrees in steel become more fine, only acid aluminium content in steel were more than 0. 065%, coarse grain degrees would be large again, therefore, accurate control of the acid aluminum content in steel within the limit scope will behelpful to ensure the steel property. This paper mainly analyzed the causes of acid aluminum loss in steel and proposes the measures.
