摘要
结合现代钢铁联合企业以订单驱动的铁钢轧一体化生产要求,介绍了安钢以提高煤气资源化利用效率为核心,根据高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气的生产和消耗特点,统筹优化焦化、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等关键工序的检修与运行,通过煤气的静态平衡、动态平衡、逼近式优化预测组成三级调配模式,提高了煤气资源利用化效率,煤气放散率和自发电水平显著提升,降低了生产成本。
The article introduces the improvement of the gas resource using efficiency in Anyang Steel on the demand of integrated production of ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling which was mainly used in modern integrated steel works. According to the gas characteristics of production and consumption in blast furnace, coal coking and converter, the three - level allocating mode which contains static balancing, dynamic balancing and optimizing forecast gradually was created to increase the gas resource using efficiency, improve the capacity of gas elution and spontaneous electric, and decrease the production cost.
