摘要
对复合材料网格圆柱结构进行了减重优化计算,在优化设计中,考虑了结构整体刚度和屈曲稳定性等约束条件,对复合材料网格圆柱结构中蒙皮铺层参数和筋条宽度及数量进行了优化计算。其中,采用了一种离散设计变量连续化处理方法。根据优化结果可知,网格圆柱结构在相同载荷承载能力下,质量可减少21.1%,为提高发动机质量比提供了有意义的参考依据。
The optimal design of composite cylindrical grid structure was introduced. The constraints of structural vibration fre-quencies and buckling stability were taken into account, and the design variables of rids and skins were optimized by means of one discrete variable continuing treatment method. Based on the results of optimization design, the weight of structure was decreased by 21.1%.
