摘要
针对目前检测手段无法实时监测固体发动机健康状态的现状,建立了基于ER算法的测试数据评估模型,在评估过程中对测试数据进行时间修正,利用ER算法处理由三角模糊数理论计算的隶属度,得到某型固体发动机处于不同健康状态等级的信任度,以实现该固体发动机健康状态的实时评估。评估结果表明,该模型能考虑评估过程中的不确定性信息,并给出未知信息的信任度,有利于实现了武器装备向预计性维修的转变。
The present testing methods cant monitor the heath status of solid motor in real time. The evaluation model based on the evidential reasoning algorithm was established, introducing the time correction in the process of evaluation. Using ER algorithm to calculate the membership degree by traingular fuzzy number, the confidence degree of a solid rocket motor in different health status was obtained to realize the real-time evaluation of solid rocket motor health status. The result shows that the evaluation model could deal with the uncertainty information during the assessment, and calculate the confidence degree of uncertainty, so as to realize the planning maintenance of the weapons equipment.
