我国高校引进人才重新建档问题的成因分析

The Cause Analysis of Document Reconstruction in Chinese Universities

近年来,随着高校人才流动的日益活跃,高校为引进人才重新建档的现象日益增多,给高校人事和档案管理带来了一系列问题,亟待学界及高校人事管理人员重视。为此笔者对这一问题展开广泛调研,从现实情况出发,对引进人才建档问题的相关情况进行归纳整理,并以此为基础运用档案学理论对高校引进人才重新建档问题的内外两方面原因进行分析,以期为找到解决这一问题的有效措施提供科学依据。

Along with the stream of college talent flow,the phenomenon of reconstruct the archives in order to bring in talent figures in universities has brought a series of problems in personnel and document management.Personnel management crew and the academician should pay more attention on it.Thus,based on the reality,the author has made an investigation on this issue and reorganized the relevant situation about reconstruction of Archives of the bring-in talent.And then give an analysis of the archive reconstruction issue from both inside and outside aspects by using the theory of archival science to find an effective solution.
