Discussion on Hot Metal Truck Transportation Without Reladling for Large-scale Blast Furnaces

通过分析曾经参与的大型高炉采用汽车运输铁水的可行性研究实例,从"一罐到底"汽车运输方式的提出、汽车运输铁水方式的总平面布置、车辆运行方式及运行的有关规定、运输出现故障的分析等方面对此种运行方式进行初步探讨。

Based on examples of flexibility study of ＂hot metal truck transportation without reladling used for some large-scale blast furnaces, this dissertation focus on this transportation in respect of proposal of hot metal truck transportation mode, general layout of hot metal truck transportation without reladling, vehicle operation mode and relevant regulations for transportation, as well as fault diagnosis and analysis of truck transportation.
