介绍了某钢厂1 250 m3高炉热风炉的设计特点,包括热风炉的性能参数,耐材砌筑特点,三环道多喷口旋流燃烧器、格子砖、炉箅子、热管预热器的设计,热风炉的烘炉曲线等;并介绍了高炉投产后的生产指标。高炉投产后,风温稳定地保持在1 200℃。
The characteristics of design of HS for 1 250 m3 BF are introduced in this article, such as parameters of design and performance, features of the refractory brickwork, multi-jet whirl burner with 3-chambers, checker brick, the grid, unitary heat-pipe exchanger, and drying curve of the HS. Production quota after BF going into operation is also introduced here. Stable blast temperature of 1 200 ~C has been achieved.
