摘要
为迅速扩繁 ,取红王子锦带花 (Weigelafloridacv ‘Red -Prince’)半木质化枝条 ,经消毒 ,制作成带短叶柄的茎段外植体 ,进行组培微繁研究。初始诱导较适宜的培养基为MS +BA2 0mg·L-1+NAA 0 2mg·L-1;在芽的增殖培养时 ,上述培养基中附加GA3 2 0mg·L-1可促进茎的高生长和茎的增殖数量。
Using the semi-lignificated branchlets from Weigela florida cv ‘Red-Prince’as the stem explant with short petiole, the suitable medium for the orginal induction is modified MS+6-BA 2 0 mg·L -1 +NAA0 2 mg·L -1 . Appending GA 32 0 mg·L -1 to the medium can advance the height growth of tender stem and bud multiplication in the course of proliferation culture Vitrification of plantlets in vitro of Weigela florida cv ‘Red_Prince’was overcomed in culture of tender stem proliferation
