Technology of Producing Organic Paint from Prickly Ash Seed Oil

花椒种籽油主要由 2 3.197%油酸、34.51%亚油酸、30 .196%亚麻酸所组成 ,碘值高达132 .5,隶属于半干性油 ,和其它几种常用的涂料用油相比 ,具备了作为涂料基料的良好理化特性。研究表明 ,决定花椒籽油质量的关键指标是酸值和色泽 ,而花椒籽质量的优劣直接与生产出的油的质量与色泽有关。并进一步论述了花椒籽油作为一般与高档涂料基料的处理方法 ,及可用于生产涂料的类型。

Prickly ash seed oil was mainly composed of 23.197% oleate,34.514% linoleate,30.196% linolenic acid; whose iodine value was as high as 132.5,which belonged to semi dry oil that has perfect physical and chemical character of paint base materrial prepare to the other common using oil for paint.The results indicated that the key index determining quality of prickly ash seed oil was acidity and colour,close relationship existed between super and inferior of prickly ash seed quality and the quality and colour of the oil.The processing method of prickly ash seed oil as normal and high grade paint base material oil and the type that can be used to produce paint are also discussed.
