摘要
目的了解株洲县1~14岁儿童分别接种麻疹、脊髓灰质炎疫苗后的免疫状况,评估学龄儿童的免疫水平。方法随机调查了14个乡镇接种麻疹、脊髓灰质炎疫苗的1~14岁儿童共5 613名,采用ELISA法检测麻疹抗体IgG和脊灰抗体IgG,进行统计分析。结果被监测的5 613例儿童中,脊髓灰质炎IgG阳性率为97.22%,麻疹IgG阳性率为98.52%。结论株洲县适龄儿童人群有较高的脊灰和麻疹免疫抗体水平,己形成了抵御脊灰和麻疹的免疫屏障。
Objective To investigate immune status for measles and polio vaccination in children 1-14 year old in Zhuzhou county, and assess the immunity levels of school-age children. Methods Random survey was carried out in 5 613 children who were inoculated measles vaccine, polio vaccine in 14 townships, respectively, measles antibody IgG and polio antibody IgG were detected by ELISA and analysed by statistical method. Results Polio-IgG positive rate was 97.22%, Measles IgG positive rate was 98.52% in these monitored children. Conclusion School-age children in Zhuzhou county have both high immune antibody responses for polio and measles, as a result the immune barriers against polio and measles have de-veloped.
