基于正交实验法的大流量磨料水铣混凝土性能的实验研究

摘要 由于混凝土水铣的特殊性和复杂性,影响水铣的因素很多。为了确定大流量磨料射流冲蚀混凝土性能影响比较显著的因素和其重要性次序,运用正交实验法安排实验,同时利用正交分析的相关方法进行分析,并得出结论:认为影响大流量磨料射流冲蚀混凝土的主要因素依次是射流压力、磨料重量、冲蚀靶距;射流压力对实验结果影响特别显著,磨料重量对实验结果影响显著。 There are many influence factors of concrete hydrodemolition,due to its particularity and complexity. In order to determine the obvious factors of performance effect that the large flow abrasive waterjet erosion concrete and its importance order, experiments are arranged in the use of orthogonal experimental method. The conclusions are drawn that the main factors in turn are jet pressure, abrasive weight and erosion target distance, and that jet pressure on the experimental results influence especially significant, while abrasive quality on experimental results influence significantly.
