摘要 SA335P91钢是一种改进型的9Cr-1Mo钢,它是由美国橡树岭国家实验室和美国燃烧公司研究开发的新钢种。SA335P91钢属马氏体钢,具有一定冷裂倾向和接头脆化倾向,因而对焊接工艺和热处理工艺有严格的要求。提出了可以采用氩弧焊封底、焊条电弧焊填充及盖面工艺的焊接工艺,严格选用合适的预热温度、层间温度和焊接材料。焊后无损检测结果为I级,力学性能试验结果良好,满足使用要求。 SA335P91 steel is a kind of improved 9Cr-lMo steel. It is a new steel grade, which is researched and developed by the United States of America and Oak Ridge National Laboratory USA combustion company. SA335P91 steel is a martensitie steel, with a certain cold craek tendency and joint embrittlement tendency, so it has strict requirements on the welding process and heat treatment process. This paper presents the argon arc welding rod arc welding sealing, filling and cover technology of welding process, strict selection of appropriate preheating temperature, interpass temperature and welding matorials. Welding NDT results for I. Mechanical performance test result is good. It meets the use requirements.
