摘要 为了解决内孔凹槽尺寸在不剖切条件下的测量问题,提出一种在数显测高仪上安装盘型测针或T型测针的解决方法。分别设计了盘型测针、T型测针和试件,并进行试验。试验结果表明,在数显测高仪上采用盘型测针和T型测针均可满足该产品的测量要求,其中盘型测针误差均值较小,且更易于操作。 In order to resolve the "dimension measuring problem about inner hole flute in the view of cutaway, the method based on the digital finder is present using the T probe and discal probe. The two type of probe and the samples are designed, and the experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the digital finer with the T probe or the discal probe is feasible. The finer with the discal probe achieves the more little errors and more easy to operation.
