摘要
通过分析齿轮传动误差的影响因素,应用弹簧齿轮的消隙方法,结合工程实际,对某位置发送器的弹簧消隙齿轮传动的回差进行了分析计算,并对实际机构进行回差测量,结果比较符合。这将对解决工程实际问题提供依据和参考。
Through analysis influencing factors of gear driving backlash, the paper uses eliminating clearances methods of spring gear, and associated with engineering practice, to analyse and calculate backlash of position send structure with spring eliminating clearances gear drive, and to measure backlash of engineering structure, them in accord on numerical value, these make for engineering practice.
