摘要 罐车防波板是罐车在紧急制动时,减小罐体内介质剧烈运动,避免介质对罐体的撞击,保障罐车平稳运行的作用。然而由于防波板设计和制作过程不被重视,加上受力复杂,致使超过30%的罐车防波板在年度检验的时候发生不同程度的损坏,有的甚至脱落,开裂,所以为了减少防波板的损坏,就必须了解防波板各部位的受力状况,找出防波板的损坏原因,并根据分析结果有针对性地作出优化设计方案。为提高防波板的使用寿命,保障罐车安全运行,建议尽快修改《汽车罐车安全技术监察规程》中不合理的部分,使此《规程》能更好地指导罐车的设计和制造。 When tanker is in an emergency brake, breakwater is a tool for reducing the intense movement of the mediator in the tanker and avoiding the collision of the mediator against the tanker to guarantee the smooth operation of the tanker. However, as a result of paying less attention to the process of breakwater design and its manufacture, and the complexity of various pressures from outside, over 30% of tanker breakwater suffered damage in different degree during the annual inspection, some even falling down, some cracking. Therefore, in order to minimize the damage of the breakwater, we should know the situation of pressure from outside of every part, find out the causes of damages of breakwater, and make optimized design plan according to the results of the analysis. In order to increase the utilization lifespan of the tanker and make sure the secure operation of the tanker, the author makes an suggestion to revise the unreasonable parts in the "The Regulations of Inspection of Car Tanker Security Technology" to make this regulation give us better guidance in the tanker' s design and its manufacture.
