摘要
焦化厂推焦车推焦杆上使用的滑板由于材质的原因,抗磨损性较差,使用周期较短。根据实际使用情况,分析和参考了其它厂矿滑板改造的经验,提出了滑板的选材要求和条件,分析了滑板的改造原理,以及详细介绍了具体改造的过程、新型滑板的制作和在生产过程中的实际应用效果。
Coke pushing rod to push the use of coking plantof skateboarding because of material reasons, analysis and reference to other factories and mines slide transformation experience, puts forward material requirements of skateboarding and conditions, to analyze the transformation principle of skateboarding, and details of the production process, the reansformation of the new slide plate and the actual production in the process of application effect.
