某矿副井绞车发生钢丝绳弹出天轮事故,引发作者在管理上一些思考,并从物防、技防、人防三个方面提出了相应的对策。
There was an accident. The wire rope of a mine auxiliary shaft winch jumped out from the the hub .Auther thinked it for a long time.He proposed the corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of the anti-matter; anti-technology, civil defense.
