摘要
基于对矿山安全管理的认识,构建了矿山安全管理体系的框架模型,提出了矿山安全管理体系的5个主要影响因素,在此基础上确定了矿山安全管理层次分析法的分析模型及分析方法,为矿山企业开展科学高效的安全管理活动及制定相应的防范对策提供依据,有利于提高矿山企业的安全管理水平。
