摘要
教师职业生活是教师以其专业特长为基础,以专业行动为手段,浸润于日常生活又超越日常生活,既满足基本的生存需求又谋求人生的发展和人生价值的实现,既以培育学生为己任又以实现自我为追求的文化生活场域。从文化哲学的视角来看,教师职业生活是日常生活与非日常生活的有机融合与相互作用的结果。但在教育实践中,教师职业生活出现了异化的现象,主要体现为日常化与非日常化。回归诗化的职业生活,教师的职业生活才能成为诗意的栖居。
Teachers' professional life, based on its specialty, infiltrating into and transcending daily life by means of professional action, is the culture life field, which fulfills the basic needs of survival and seeks life development and realizes the value of life in order to foster students as missions and achieve self-actualization. From the perspective of culture philosophy, teachers' professional life is the organic integration and interaction between daffy life and non-daily life. But in educational practice, alienation phenomenon, which embody between daily life and non-daily life, emerges in teachers' professional life. The regression of poetic life of teachers' profession, the professional life can be a poetical dwelling.
