保留脾上极和下极的部分脾切除术19例应用分析

目的:总结保留脾上、下极的部分脾切除术在基层医院保脾手术中的应用效果。方法:对19例保留脾上极和(或)下极的脾部分切除术(保脾组)及20例脾全切除、脾片移植术(切脾组)患者术后情况进行对比分析。结果:保脾组患者脾血小板升高幅度明显小于切脾组(P<0.05),免疫指标IgG、IgM、IgA较切脾组恢复快(P<0.05)。术后腹部B超或CT复查显示保脾组患者脾组织存活率高。结论:保留脾上、下极的部分脾切除术在保脾手术中安全可靠,较脾全切除、脾片移植术能更好保留脾脏功能,在基层医院有良好的临床应用价值。

Conclusion： Reserve spleen up, descend parts of spleen resections of pole are safe in the middle of protecting spleen surgical oper- ation credibility, compare the all of spleen cut off, spleen slice transplantation can better reservation spleen function, there is good clinical application value at the grass-roots hospital.
