摘要
视网膜缺血再灌注(retinal ischemia reperfusion,RIR)损伤是常见的眼科疾病,主要表现为神经节细胞的凋亡,可造成视神经损害等严重的疾病,对患者的视觉功能和生活质量造成严重的影响。细胞凋亡是在基因控制下的自我消亡过程,受多种基因调控。我们结合文献,综述了不同基因在RIR后神经节细胞凋亡中的作用。
Retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common eye disease, as manifested in apoptosis of retinal ganglion cell, which results in serious diseases such as the optic nerve damage and produces disastrous influence on vision and life of the patient. Cell apoptosis is the selfdying process, which is controlled by a variety of gene. This article assesses functions of different gene in promoting ganglion cell apoptosis after retinal ischemia- reperfusion injury.
