全肘关节置换治疗肱骨远端骨不愈合疗效分析

Treatment effect of distal humeral nonunion with total elbow arthroplasty

目的探讨全肘关节置换治疗肱骨远端骨不愈合的可能性和临床效果。方法对我院2006年12月～2009年2月收治的4例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折后骨不愈合患者进行全肘关节置换手术。所有病例全肘关节置换之前肘关节功能均较差。回顾性分析其治疗效果及手术技巧。结果 4例经过8～24个月的随访,并采用Mayo评分标准评估肘关节功能,均获得满意效果,肘关节疼痛缓解,屈曲背伸活动完全恢复正常。结论全肘关节置换是治疗肱骨远端骨不愈合的很好方法,可以减少康复时间,迅速恢复关节功能。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and treatment effects of distal humeral nonunion with total elbow arthroplasty. Methods Four cases of distal humeral nonunion were treated by total elbow arthroplasty from Dec. 2006 to Feb. 2009 in our hospital. The elbow function was poor before total elbow arthroplasty in all cases. We retrospectively analyzed the effect of treatment and operation skills of all cases. Results Four cases were fol- lowed up for 8 months to 24 months and were evaluated with Mayo elbow performance score. All the four cases ac- quired excellent elbow function. Pain of elbow joints was relieved, flexion and extension of elbow joints was fully re- stored. Conclusion Total elbow arthroplasty is an effective method of the treatment of distal humeral nonunion, which can reduce the recovery time, and have a quick recovery for its joint function.
