鼻内镜下鼻腔功能性矫正手术治疗鼻腔结构异常所致的非炎症性鼻源性头痛

Corrective surgery of nasal structural abnormalities under endoscope for patients with uninflammatory rhinogenic headache

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔结构异常矫正术对非炎症性鼻源性头痛的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析已行鼻内镜下鼻腔结构矫正术的46例非炎症性鼻源性头痛患者的临床表现及其与鼻腔解剖学变异特点的关系,总结手术疗效及临床体会。结果 46例患者术后随访6个月以上,治愈30例(65%),好转12例(26%),无效4例(9%),总有效率91%。无严重并发症发生。结论鼻腔结构异常可导致非炎症性鼻源性头痛。鼻内镜下手术矫正鼻腔结构异常,可以获得满意疗效。

Objective To sum up the clinical experience with the treatment of uninflammatory rhinogenic headache caused by abnormal nasal structure treated via corrective operation under nasal endoscope. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 46 cases with uninflammatory rhinogenic headache caused by abnormal nasal structure and treated via corrective operation under nasal endoscope in our Hospital to sum up clinical experience with such a case via carefully analyze the association of their clinical manifestations with abnormal nasal anatomy and via therapeutic effect summing up. Results All these cases were followed up for more than 6 months following the surgery. Among them, 30 patients （65%） were seen cured, 12 （26%） were improved in their clinical manifestation, and only 4 （9%） ineffective, with a total effective rate of 91%. No serious complications occurred in this group of cases. Conclusion Abnormal nasal structure can lead to uninflammatory rhinogenic headache. Corrective surgery carried out under nasal endoscope for abnormal nasal anatomic abnormality can give rise satisfactory clinical therapeutic effect on such a case.
